As a
Partnerships Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our partner marketing strategy, working closely with the Senior Digital Inbound Performance Manager. Your focus will be on driving results—whether it’s attracting new customers, retaining existing ones, or helping them discover more of what we offer through cross-sell opportunities. You'll work directly with our partners, understanding their unique needs and tailoring activities that not only build loyalty but also boost performance. You’ll also be on the lookout for new affiliate, referral, and strategic partners to grow our network. We're looking for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and confident building co-marketing initiatives that truly align with our wider business goals. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful partnerships and have a solid foundation in partner marketing, this role is for you.
What that means day to day
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support channel partner growth and drive sales through partner networks. Identify best practices and build a repeatable, consistent blueprint across all channel marketing activities.
- Partner Enablement: Create and deliver marketing materials, training programs, and resources to equip partners with the tools they need to effectively market and sell our products and services for resellers and referral partners.
- Partner Growth: Research, identify and establish communication with new partners. Evaluate the potential fit, enrolling support from internal stakeholders across commercial, legal, finance as required. Drive partner onboarding and establish a good operating rhythm based on the planning and reporting blueprint.
- Performance Analysis: Together with the wider performance marketing team, adopt a clear methodology to measure performance and ROI of all channel marketing campaigns to enable clarity on the efficiency and effectiveness of activities. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to improve future strategies.
What you’ll need to be successful
A commercially minded marketer with experience navigating fast-paced, complex B2B environments. Skilled in developing effective partner channel marketing strategies and building strong, collaborative relationships to deliver joint initiatives. Brings a customer-first, insight-led approach to content creation—developing engaging marketing materials and tools tailored to partner needs.
