Job Title: Partnership Trading Assistant

Location: This position is based at our Head Office. You must live within a reasonable distance or be willing to relocate by the role start date.

About the Role

As a Partnership Trading Assistant, you will support the Merchandiser in all trading and planning activities for our partnership channels. You will collaborate with colleagues in Buying, Merchandising, and external partners to drive strong commercial performance.

This dynamic role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities. Your analytical skills, organization, and collaborative approach will enable you to build relationships and make a significant impact. You will be a trusted representative of our brand and partnerships, embodying integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Skills & Experience

• Strong Excel skills; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience in a retail Head Office environment (e.g., admin or merchandising assistant) is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to analyze data and make commercial recommendations.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of data in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandiser to meet sales, product ranging, profitability, and stock availability goals.
• Review weekly and seasonal performance, identify best and worst sellers, and suggest actions to optimize trading.
• Manage system updates for product ranging and communicate changes with relevant teams.
• Create planograms for seasonal and promotional activities.
• Lead the process for new partnership lines, ensuring timely execution with web and external teams.
• Collaborate with the Pricing Manager on pricing changes for accuracy and consistency.
