Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking a proactive Partnership Manager to lead outward-facing partnership and stakeholder engagement for the Mayor’s Stewarding Academy, working with the Academy Manager to secure employer, club, venue, Jobcentre and strategic relationships to meet learner recruitment and work experience targets.

This full-time fixed-term role (35 hours per week) ends on 31 July 2028, offering a competitive benefits package within one of London’s leading FE providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead outward-facing partnership and stakeholder engagement for the Mayor’s Stewarding Academy; work with the Academy Manager to secure employer, club, venue, Jobcentre and strategic relationships.
• Drive learner recruitment, work experience, information, advice and guidance (IAG) and employment progression targets through effective partnerships.

About the Role

The Partnership Manager will lead the outward-facing partnership and stakeholder engagement activity for the Mayor’s Stewarding Academy, working closely with the Academy Manager to secure the employer, club, venue, Jobcentre and strategic relationships required to achieve the Academy’s learner recruitment, work experience, INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE (IAG) and employment progression targets.
