Capital City College Group is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer to drive employer engagement and business development in London. The role involves researching prospects, presenting the college’s offer, and managing employer accounts from first contact to placement opportunity.

It also leads on placement compliance and related checks. The role is full-time on a fixed-term basis ending 31 July 2029, with a proactive, team-oriented environment and opportunities to develop strong employer

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Employer Engagement Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About The Role

This role is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31st July 2029.

This is a target-driven employer engagement and business development role. The postholder will research prospects, present the College's offer, understand workforce needs, negotiate suitable opportunities and manage employer accounts from first contact to confirmed opportunity. The Employer Engagement Officer will lead on placement compliance, employer checks, health and safety documentation and placement administration.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Experience of developing successful relationships with employers and generating work placement, apprenticeship or employment opportunities
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• A successful record of developing employer accounts and converting relationships into vacancies, apprenticeships, paid work placements or other employment opportunities
