Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a Partnership Manager to lead outward-facing partnerships for the Mayor’s Stewarding Academy and to work closely with the Academy Manager to secure employer, club, venue, Jobcentre and strategic relationships.

You will drive learner recruitment, work experience, IAG and employment progression targets, delivering high-quality stakeholder engagement in a dynamic FE environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead outward-facing partnership and stakeholder engagement for the Mayor’s Stewarding Academy.
• Secure relationships with employers, clubs, venues, Jobcentre and others to meet recruitment and progression targets.
• Collaborate with the Academy Manager and team to deliver IAG and work experience outcomes.
• Support delivery of high-quality student support across the college.
