Job summary

Rightmove in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Partnership Development Manager within RLTS to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to long-term account management, retention, and revenue growth.

You will act as a subject matter expert across Lead to Keys and rent protection insurance, driving adoption, informing customer strategy, and unlocking commercial growth across the defined portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a virtual/hybrid environment.
• Proven experience as product expert with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring smooth go-live and early value realization.
• Drive adoption across Lead to Keys products and rent protection insurance, expanding usage.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to qualify and progress cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand product usage within accounts.
• Monitor customer health using data and insights to mitigate churn and growth risk.
• Provide ongoing support and best practice guidance to customers and stakeholders.
