Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking a Partnership Manager to oversee relationships with our estate agency partners from the Daventry office. You will be the primary touchpoint for partner agents, handling daily communications, onboarding, training and performance reviews to drive growth and account success.

You will collaborate with Regional Partnership Managers to share insights, increase referral quality and ensure a joined-up approach to account management, while occasionally visiting

Qualificações

• Experience managing estate agency partner relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication via Teams, telephone and email.
• Proven ability to onboard and train new partners.
• Ability to run formal performance reviews and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for estate agency partners, managing day-to-day communications.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships with consistent support.
• Monitor performance metrics and trigger actions to improve referrals and engagement.
• Lead onboarding for newly won accounts and deliver structured partner training.
• Coordinate with Regional Partnership Managers to align on opportunities and strategy.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Operations and leadership.
