Job summary

Simply Conveyancing Group is recruiting a Partnership Manager to oversee relationships with estate agency partners from the Daventry office. You will manage day-to-day communications, support onboarding, and work with Regional Partnership Managers to grow accounts and improve performance.

You will deliver onboarding, provide training to agents and branch teams, monitor engagement and referrals, and escalate issues across cross-functional teams to optimise the partner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing partner relationships and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication via Teams, phone and email.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Experience delivering partner training and onboarding.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for estate agency partners; manage daily communications.
• Build and maintain partner relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Monitor referral volumes, conversion rates and engagement; identify trends and improvements.
• Lead regular performance reviews with partners using provided decks.
• Collaborate with Regional Partnership Managers to align on performance and opportunities.
• Onboard new estates accounts post handover from New Business; deliver structured onboarding.
