Job Summary

The Markets Partners & Places (MPP) London Team is seeking a Partnership and Business Development Manager to join our experienced team. Our focus is on unlocking thousands of homes across London through sustainable, well-designed communities by supporting large-scale regeneration projects. We collaborate with local authorities, the Greater London Authority (GLA), central Government, and private sector partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in London's most transformative regeneration projects and help meet the city's housing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of complex regeneration projects.
• Manage interventions offered by Homes England, including loan finance.
• Build and maintain partnerships between the public and private sectors to facilitate project success.
• Engage with stakeholders to unlock land, capital, and expertise for regeneration initiatives.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate passionate about delivering complex regeneration projects and eager to work in a dynamic environment. You should understand the development process, have experience in land assembly, planning, funding, or delivery stages, and be able to analyze and report on project progress with attention to detail.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in development projects, understanding factors influencing development and planning.
• Ability to navigate financial models like Argus developer/cash flows.
• Proven report writing skills for various audiences, including high-level stakeholders.
• Degree qualification or equivalent in relevant fields such as Chartered Surveying, Town Planning, Engineering, or Development Finance.
