Job summary

The European Tour is seeking an experienced Partners & Guests Ticketing Manager to join the Ticketing Team for the 2027 season. This hands-on role covers planning, coordinating and delivering ticket allocations for sponsors, partners and guests across a portfolio of DP World Tour-promoted tournaments, including Rolex Series events.

You’ll work with internal teams, agencies, partners and external ticketing suppliers to capture needs, communicate clearly and deliver efficiently, while managing

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing for major sporting events or large-scale live events.
• Experience administering ticketing systems and working with partners or agencies.
• Attention to detail with allocation data and event readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sponsor, partner and guest ticket allocations across tournaments.
• Capture contracted and invited ticket requirements with internal teams.
• Administer multiple ticketing platforms day-to-day.
• Collaborate with system suppliers to support configurations and events.
• Maintain ticketing data accuracy and monitor allocations and travel.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
• Manage last-minute requests and changes for fulfilment.
• Support development of ticketing processes and on-site operations.
