Job summary

DP World Tour is seeking an experienced Partners & Guests Ticketing Manager for the 2027 season, based in Wentworth. This role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering sponsor, partner, and guest ticket allocations across DP World Tour events, including Rolex Series.

You’ll liaise with internal teams, agencies and ticketing suppliers to capture needs and ensure accurate, timely delivery. You’ll hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing for major sporting events.
• Experience with ticketing systems or platforms.
• Experience with partners, sponsors or agencies.
• Experience delivering operational large-scale events.
• Attention to detail with allocation data.
• Strong organization and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sponsor, partner and guest ticket allocations.
• Capture contracted and invited ticket requirements.
• Administer multiple ticketing platforms daily.
• Work with suppliers to support configuration.
• Build relationships with internal teams and partners.
• Maintain ticketing data and monitor allocations.
• Provide updates to stakeholders during events.
• Manage last-minute ticket requests and changes.
• Develop clear ticketing processes and guidelines.
• Provide on-site support to Ticketing Manager and Head.
• Support the wider Ticketing Team to deliver a professional experience.
