Job summary

The European Tour group is seeking a Partners & Guests Ticketing Manager for the 2027 season at Wentworth, Surrey. This hybrid role covers ticket allocations for sponsors, partners and guests across multiple events, with on-site support during tournaments and close collaboration with internal teams, agencies and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have ticketing experience for major sporting events, strong data handling skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ticketing experience in major sporting events or large-scale live events.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and system administration.
• Experience working with partners, sponsors and/or agencies.
• Excellent attention to detail with ticketing data.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sponsor, partner and guest ticket allocations across DP World Tour-promoted tournaments.
• Manage day-to-day administration of multiple ticketing platforms.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, sponsors, partners, agencies and suppliers.
• Provide clear and timely updates to key stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
• Manage last-minute ticket requests, changes and fulfilment requirements.
• Support the development and maintenance of clear ticketing processes and operational guidelines.
• Provide on-site operational support at tournaments in collaboration with Head of Ticketing.
