Job summary

Huws Gray is looking for a Partnering Stores Assistant to join the team at Huws Gray Partnering Store (LE19 1WH). You’ll help serve customers, keep the stock area tidy, and handle paperwork, playing a key role in supporting projects for our partnering customers.

Experience in a merchants or DIY setting is advantageous. You’ll be part of a team focused on great service, with training provided to help you develop within the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a merchants or DIY knowledge advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to handle counter and phone inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers over the counter or on the phone.
• Maintaining a well-kept stock area in the warehouse.
• Maintaining any relevant paperwork and administration.
• Keeping product knowledge up to date to advise customers.

We are looking for a Partnering Stores Assistant to join our team at Huws Gray Partnering Store (LE19 1WH)!

If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. Our Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer, and we have a mix of stock in all of our partnering sites to support them with projects in their areas. Our stores ensure they get what they need, on time, every time.

We rely on our Partnering Stores Assistants to provide great customer service and be able to support in all areas of the store. Working in one of our Partnering Stores you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

Here’s a Quick Overview Of Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Do As a Partnering Stores Assistant With Huws Gray

• Serving customers, whether that’s over the counter or on the phone
• Maintaining a well-kept stock area in the warehouse
• Maintaining any relevant paperwork and administration
• Making sure your product knowledge is up to date to be able to advise the customer on the best products for their projects.
