Job summary

Huws Gray Group in Birmingham (B4) is seeking a Partnering Stores Supervisor to oversee the Partnering Store and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service on projects in their areas.

You will build strong relationships with customers, ensure the right products are supplied on time, and guide your team to meet customer requirements while driving sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in a building materials/retail environment is beneficial.
• Strong focus on customer service and understanding customer requirements.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and provide advice/solutions.

We are looking for a Partnering Stores Supervisor to join our team at Huws Gray in Birmingham (B4)

If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group and we’re made up of a number of brands, including Huws Gray, Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI and Anglia Tool Centre to name a few. Up and down the UK, our branches are serving and supporting our local communities with all their building material needs, but we couldn’t do this without the right people, so why not join us?

Our Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer, and we have a mix of stock in all of our partnering sites to support them with projects in their areas. Our stores ensure they get what they need, on time, every time.

We rely on our Partnering Stores Supervisors to manage the upkeep and organisation of the Partnering Store, whilst supporting your team to ensure the customer requirements are met and the right products are supplied. Working in one of our Partnering Stores, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

Responsibilities
