Job summary

Ocado Commercial seeks a Partner Success Manager to act as the main liaison for our OSP Partners, driving value and successful deployments across fulfilment, supply chain and last mile operations.

You will work with Partner teams and Ocado colleagues to prioritise changes, monitor performance and ensure smooth go-lives, while aligning with contractual goals and commercial considerations.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal English with another European language ideal.
• Experience in retail or logistics operation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement and optimisation processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned Partners to maximise OSP value.
• Collaborate with Partner ops and Ocado teams to align priorities.
• Use data and analytics to understand Partner performance and risks.
• Support Partners through go-lives and deployments of new features.
• Represent Partner requirements in Ocado's roadmap and governance.
