Meet the Team

Our team is seeking an ambitious and driven Solutions Engineer who will support a main UK partner and contribute to driving the regional strategy. You will be surrounded by a team that supports each other with a strong team-oriented approach in the pursuit of exceeding targets. The team comprises both early-career and senior SE talent. You will have the opportunity to mentor others and guide their career development as part of this incredible team.

Your Impact

In this partner-facing role, you will establish relationships with both Business and Technical decision-makers, align Cisco's portfolio to meet customer needs, and showcase Cisco's products and services. You will conduct technical presentations, demonstrate Cisco Enterprise solutions, and explain features and benefits to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles with strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of Cisco’s core technologies (Networking, Security, Data Center, Collaboration, Cloud solutions) and familiarity with multi-cloud, automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python), and software-defined architectures is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative skills with experience handling complex pre-sales engagements.
  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, and system integrators, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in solution selling and designing end-to-end architectures for enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CCNP/CCIE certifications (Routing & Switching, Security, Data Center, or Enterprise).
  • DevNet Professional/Expert certifications (automation and programmability).
  • AWS/Azure certifications (cloud expertise).
