Job summary

BT Group in Manchester is seeking a proactive Partner Service Team Member to support Partners and Customers, building trusted relationships and delivering excellent service.

You will monitor orders and projects from placement through to first bill, own service issues through to resolution, and contribute to the rollout of new products and processes. The role requires collaboration, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Partners, Customers and colleagues across Service and Sales.
• Monitor orders and projects; identify risks early and coordinate action to support delivery.
• Own service issues through to resolution and conduct root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Develop knowledge of relevant products, processes and systems.
• Support rollout of new products, systems and ways of working by training and providing feedback.
