BT Group in Manchester is seeking a proactive Partner Service Team Member to support Partners and Customers, building trusted relationships and delivering excellent service.

You will monitor orders and projects from placement through to first bill, own service issues through to resolution, and contribute to the rollout of new products and processes. The role requires collaboration, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools.
