Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Partner Operations to lead the planning and delivery of critical partner operations for the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).

You will build processes across teams, manage activations, and ensure accurate asset tracking and CRM records. You will coordinate partner onboarding, workshops and executive engagement, plus contribute to content for briefings, reports and branding approvals, working closely with Commercial Operations and

Qualifications

• Strong experience in partnership operations, sponsorship delivery, account operations or a comparable commercial environment.
• Proven ability to build, document and improve processes across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Experience planning and delivering partner rights, activations, events or operational programmes against deadlines.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, including prioritising and risk management.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across commercial, communications, brand, events, hospitality, content and technology teams.
• Understanding of partnership contracts, rights delivery and asset tracking with accurate record keeping.
• Experience using CRM, asset management or reporting systems to track activities, commitments and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing partner updates and briefs.
• Ability to engage with senior internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver critical partner operations for the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).
• Build and align partner-facing processes with racing series and commercial operating model.
• Develop onboarding materials, handbooks, gifting, digital platforms and partner hub content.
• Represent WEC partner activity in internal updates and partnership value reporting.
• Coordinate activation plans, partner run sheets, driver briefs and talent requirements.
• Support trackside delivery of hospitality, content requests and contractual assets.
• Maintain accurate partner contracts, asset tracking and CRM records.
• Collaborate on partner announcements, multichannel communications and branding approvals.
