Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Parts Operations Senior Manager to lead end-to-end parts supply chain and aftersales operations, ensuring timely availability, distribution, and profitability across race programmes, customer teams and aftermarket activity.

You will provide strategic leadership for Aftersales, Trackside Parts Sales, Planning, Material Control, Warehousing and Global Logistics, driving excellence and customer service while optimising inventory and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in high-performance environments.
• Proven experience across Aftersales, Supply Chain, Planning, Material Control, Logistics or Parts Operations.
• Strong understanding of demand planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end parts operations across Aftersales, Planning, Material Control, Warehousing and Logistics.
• Drive aftersales profitability and aftermarket revenue growth.
• Oversee trackside parts sales and event operations worldwide.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Establish SLAs and performance standards; leverage 3rd party partners when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
