Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Specialist, Partner Operations to plan and deliver critical partner operations for the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). You will align partner-facing processes with other racing series and the commercial operating model, ensuring delivery of contractual rights and value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in partnership operations, sponsorship delivery or comparable commercial role.
• Proven ability to document, improve and align processes across teams.
• Experience planning rights, activations, events or programmes with deadlines.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills under competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating across commercial, communications, brand, events and technology.
• Knowledge of partnership contracts, asset tracking and CRM records.
• Experience using CRM or asset management to track activities and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for updates, briefs and reports.
• Confidence working with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Attention to detail in approvals, assets, events and partner communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver partner operations for WEC with cross‑series alignment.
• Develop onboarding materials, handbooks, gifting, digital platforms and partner hub.
• Represent partner activity in updates and partnership value reporting.
• Coordinate activation plans, run sheets, briefs and talent requirements for events.
• Support trackside delivery of content, hospitality and contractual assets.
• Maintain accurate partner contracts, asset tracking and CRM records.
• Create case studies and collaborate on partner announcements and branding.
