Job summary

IFS is seeking a Partner Operations Coordinator to own execution tracking and governance across global initiatives. You will maintain logs, drive weekly stand-ups, and publish concise updates across Outlook, Teams, Viva, and Partner Connect.

With strong organizational and communication skills, you will translate data into actionable insights, enabling leadership to act decisively. A hybrid work model supports flexible collaboration while contributing to global operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating operations across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written communication and update formatting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Ability to lead governance and cadence across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own execution tracking across Partner Operations initiatives.
• Maintain the Action Log and Decision Register in Asana.
• Drive the weekly Partner Ops & Excellence Stand-Up and monthly Governance Review cadence.
• Publish operational updates across Viva Engage, Viva Connections, Outlook, Teams, and Partner Connect.
• Translate inputs into structured, concise, and action-oriented updates.
• Support governance forums with structured, decision-ready updates.
