Job summary

Industrial and Financial Systems is seeking a Partner Operations Coordinator to own execution cadence, governance updates, and cross-functional communications. You will ensure structured progress, risks, and actions are visible to leadership and stakeholders, translating data into concise, decision-ready formats.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, cross-channel updates, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Strong organisational and execution management capability.
Excellent structured writing and operational communication skills.
Proficiency with Asana as the system of record.
Experience managing internal communication channels (M365, Viva, Partner Connect).
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
Stakeholder management and influence across cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Process awareness and continuous improvement mindset.
High attention to detail, accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

Own execution tracking across Partner Operations initiatives with clear ownership and next steps.
Maintain Action Log and Decision Register in Asana, audit-ready for governance forums.
Lead weekly Stand-Up and monthly Governance cadence with timely stakeholder inputs.
Publish operational updates across Viva Engage, Outlook/Teams, and Unifyr with concise, action-oriented content.
Standardise updates and champion Asana as the official system of record.
Propose and deliver at least one workflow or communications improvement per quarter.
Leverage AI to summarise updates, improve clarity, and reduce manual effort.
