From day one you’ll work closely with the partnerships lead on live partner relationships, owning end-to-end operational issues and driving initiatives forward with impact and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an operations-focused role (project coordination, digital account management, PMO or sales ops)
• Commercial/marketing awareness, able to contribute to sales processes or webinars
• Proficient with Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and comfortable with AI tools in workflow
• Confident in customer-facing discussions with commercial partners
• Recruitment or staffing industry experience is a plus but not required
