About the role:

PwC's Partner Office is a dedicated in-house team supporting the UK partnership and partners on matters such as income, performance, tax, benefits, development, and career transition. The Financial Planning team assists partners with financial planning guidance (non-regulated advice).

This includes:

• Helping partners navigate financial planning options;
• Creating and updating personal cash flow models;
• Understanding pension rules and tax treatments of savings and investments;
• Liaising with external advisers and ensuring audit independence compliance.

What your days will look like:

Reporting to the Director, you will provide financial planning guidance to partners, participate in development programmes, and liaise with various committees and external vendors.

Your day will include:

• 1:1 meetings with partners and spouses;
• Presenting at development workshops;
• Staying updated on adviser offerings and independence issues;
• Training junior team members;
• Collaborating with leadership on initiatives.

This role is for you if:

• You have extensive UK financial planning experience;
• You possess professional accreditation or relevant training;
• You have knowledge of UK personal tax;
• You can distinguish between guidance and regulated advice;
• You are skilled in relationship building and communication;
• You maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
