Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to join a fast-growing, global, leader in the SaaS CX, CRM and EX (ITSM and ESM) space to lead and grow a Partner GTM sales team across Emerging Europe.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and scale Freshworks' new business sales motion across Emerging Europe, driving adoption of our CX, ITSM, and ESM solutions in the Enterprise segments.
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing new business sales team focused on pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue growth via a partner sales model.
Own the regional new business strategy – define GTM plans, align cross-functionally, and ensure overachievement on bookings targets
Drive aggressive acquisition of net-new logos through strategic partner collaboration
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent; instila high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Channel, CS) to drive demand, shorten sales cycles, and ensure seamless customer handoff
Engage directly with senior decision-makers at key accounts to influence large deals and elevate Freshworks’ presence
Report on key sales KPIs: pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and attainment vs. target
Experience with industry sales methodology, Meddpicc, force management, Challenger, Sandler
