What will you be doing?

We need a dynamic operator at the intersection of sales enablement, content, and marketing execution. You’ll optimize our LMS, develop top-tier sales collateral, communicate with our Independent Sales network, and support our sellers with digital and messaging tools to help them grow. You’ll be both behind the scenes and on the front line, enabling Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) to excel.

This role is hands-on and impactful, suited for someone who is organized, creative, communicative, and marketing-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the Enablement Manager to deliver projects efficiently at scale.
  2. Support LMS management: maintain structure, create and upload training pathways, keep content current and aligned with business goals.
  3. Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials: decks, playbooks, battlecards, guides, and modules.
  4. Manage communication within the ISC network: newsletters, updates, product changes, campaigns.
  5. Coordinate internal sales events: meetings, conferences, webinars, drop-in sessions.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure ISCs have on-brand, up-to-date collateral.
  7. Partner with ISCs to enhance visibility and sales through SEO and digital marketing tactics.
  8. Design and deliver sales assets: templates, outreach sequences, email campaigns, messaging frameworks.
  9. Gather feedback from the field to improve content and communication strategies.
  10. Support growth initiatives: referral campaigns, pipeline strategies, field marketing.
  11. Track and analyze LMS and campaign data to optimize future content and delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in sales enablement, content creation, digital marketing, or a hybrid commercial role.
  • Ability to manage and improve learning platforms.
  • Strong presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills—clear, concise, audience-aware.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining focus on execution.
  • Organized, resourceful, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
