Job summary

Rightmove is seeking an onboarding and adoption specialist to lead smooth go-live for a defined customer portfolio. You will guide customers on Lead to Keys products and rent protection insurance, expanding usage and ensuring retention through best practices and proactive support.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with sales and product teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver high-value onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a virtual and hybrid environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with training or demonstrations experience.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Highly organized and able to manage a portfolio of accounts and priorities.
• A proactive problem-solver and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a smooth go-live experience.
• Engage Rightmove core customers to expand usage across the product suite.
• Drive value realization to support long-term retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with departments to prioritise tasks based on data-led decisions.
• Guide customers on Lead to Keys products and rent protection insurance.
