Job summary

Google LLC in London seeks a Partner Delivery Manager, gTech Ads Agency and Partners, Creative Tech Partners, to bridge Google and senior advertising partners. You will define delivery strategy, activate partner goals, and scale Google's advertising solutions across complex projects.

You will lead executive reviews, manage cross-functional teams, assess technical maturity, and drive strategic initiatives to expand service reach while ensuring partner satisfaction and measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role.
• Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate executive relationships with C-suite leaders within your assigned partner portfolio, acting as the primary executive contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, and governance.
• Lead executive-level business reviews to review performance against joint goals, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure long‑term partner health and satisfaction from a service delivery perspective.
• Conduct rigorous assessments of partner technical maturity and identify strategic skill gaps.
• Lead strategic initiatives and drive core cross-functional efforts related to partner engagement.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for partners, serving as a executive technical and functional consultant during live advertiser activations, mobilizing internal specialized Engineering or Upskilling teams to unblock the most complex projects and ensure delivery quality.
