Google LLC is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to manage the technical relationship with our largest advertising clients and product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for external clients/partners.

You will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, scalable solutions, build tools, and help define product strategy for global partnerships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience with stakeholder management (e.g., client management or partner management).
• Experience in database querying (e.g., SQL).
• Experience in a client-facing or consultative role.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of partners, managing recurring syncs, onboarding, graduation readouts, and escalations.
• Lead time-boxed technical onboardings and evaluations for authorized buyers and partners to validate adapter health and bid response compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with partner engineers and product leads, collaborating with Sales and Partner Managers on account plans and growth opportunities.
• Isolate systemic bugs and protocol friction points across buyer integrations, filing reproducible engineering escalations and improving platform serviceability.
• Communicate technical status, integration risks, and next steps directly to partner stakeholders and internal teams during onboarding phases.
