Job summary

Google is seeking a Partner Upskilling Lead for Search in the EMEA region, based onsite in London. You will define and implement an enablement strategy and learning roadmap tailored to partners, ensuring product-ready agencies across Google’s media platforms.

You will collaborate with gTech Ads, Product, Marketing, and Sales to create bundles and oversee certification, building strong cross-functional relationships and driving a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Minimum of 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with global agency ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Google Ads products and media services.
• Proven ability to work across diverse global teams.
• Strong communication, people management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and execution skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking in navigating ambiguous challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define the enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a key Google product area by assessing partner, product, and service delivery gaps.
• Identify priority capability areas and create targeted learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional partner delivery managers to provide training and oversee certification to ensure a pipeline of qualified, product-ready agencies and partners.
• Work with gTech Ads, Product, Marketing, and Sales to create service package bundles aligned with annual objectives.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to foster trust and manage expectations.
• Lead projects that support a high-performing distributed team and large-scale internal operations.
