Job summary

Spencer West invites senior corporate lawyers to join a growing international practice on a fee-share basis. You will run your own practice, carry your own clients and fees, and access a firm infrastructure that handles back-office tasks.

This is not a salaried role, offering freedom and a collaborative environment across 25 jurisdictions. We seek lawyers with 8+ years’ PQE, a recognised specialism, and an entrepreneurial, client-first mindset.

Who we’re looking for

• Corporate lawyers with 8+ years’ PQE, from City, national or international firms, senior in-house roles, or boutique and independent practices
• A recognised specialism and an established or developing client following
• An entrepreneurial, client-first mindset
• An active practising certificate or licence with no restrictions
• Willingness to work on a self-employed basis, as a sole trader or via your own limited company

Simple and quick: an introductory call with the TA team, conversations with senior colleagues (virtual or in person), background checks, then onboarding with our marketing, accounts and technology teams.
