Spencer West invites senior corporate lawyers to join a growing international practice on a fee-share basis. You will run your own practice, carry your own clients and fees, and access a firm infrastructure that handles back-office tasks.

This is not a salaried role, offering freedom and a collaborative environment across 25 jurisdictions. We seek lawyers with 8+ years’ PQE, a recognised specialism, and an entrepreneurial, client-first mindset.

Formación

• 8+ years’ PQE at City, national or international firms, senior in-house roles, or boutique practices.

Responsabilidades

• You run your own practice, manage client relationships, and generate your own referrals within a supportive firm infrastructure.
