Qualifications

• Corporate lawyers with 8+ years’ PQE from City, national or international firms, or senior in-house roles.
• Established or developing client following with a recognised specialism.
• Entrepreneurial, client-first mindset with an active practising certificate or licence.
• Willingness to work on a self-employed basis, as a sole trader or via a personal Ltd company.
