Kingsley seeks a Partner - MEP to lead Building Services from its Winchester base, shaping a high-growth regional business with scope to equity. You will influence strategy, clients, people and growth across the South and beyond.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status required.
• Strong Building Services consultancy background essential.
• Proven track record in winning work and developing client relationships.
• Commercial and P&L responsibility experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of Hampshire/Central/Southern markets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the regional Building Services business.
• Develop and execute a clear growth strategy.
• Win work and strengthen strategic client relationships.
• Identify new markets, clients and service opportunities.
• Lead major bids and multidisciplinary opportunities.
• Mentor and attract high-performing engineers.
• Drive profitability and commercial performance.
• Shape national Building Services strategy and cross-discipline collaboration.
• Contribute to regional and national growth initiatives.
