Responsibilities

• Building and developing high-value client relationships
• Winning new work through your network, referrals and market activity
• Taking ownership of a substantial portfolio
• Remaining actively involved in client work
• Advising owners and management teams on accounting and commercial issues
• Working closely with the leadership group
• Supporting development of managers and directors
• Helping shape the firm’s commercial strategy
• Developing new fee streams within a relationship-led culture
