Who we are looking for:

As a Partner Account Manager at Velixo, you will focus on identifying, engaging, sourcing, and supporting Channel Partners across the United Kingdom & South Africa. You will develop strategies to increase sales of Velixo’s products and services through these partnerships. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a sense of urgency to drive revenue in your region.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and deepen relationships with Channel Partners to create sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales strategies and organize QBR meetings for your partner accounts, using the business plan as a roadmap.
  • Develop sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Recruit new partners in the UK and South African ecosystems.
  • Understand Velixo’s technology and software solutions; demonstrate these to prospective customers and partners.
  • Be regarded by partners as a trusted and valued resource.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute demand generation campaigns for each partner.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and updates in the Velixo CRM database.
  • Schedule webinars with existing partner customer bases proactively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and channel sales.
  • High energy with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Broad exposure to various technologies/concepts in a distributed environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Experience with accounting or ERP software is an asset.
