Active Assistance is seeking a caring night-time support worker to assist an 11-year-old girl with complex needs in her Penarth family home. You’ll work sleeping nights from 22:00 to 08:00, with options for part-time or full-time rotas. The role offers ongoing training, rotas planned in advance, and a supportive care team.

A zero-hours contract provides flexible, consistent shifts. The position includes a pay rate of £12.75 per hour plus 14.07% holiday pay, pension access, and retirement

Qualifikationen

• Sleeping nights (10pm-8am) role.
• Support one child with complex health needs in her family home overnight.
• Part-time or full-time available depending how many nights a week you are looking for.

Aufgaben

• Provide overnight care for an 11-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, VP shunt and non-verbal communication.
• Ensure safety and comfort during night hours and follow the care plan.
• Collaborate with the Care Manager and the wider care team.
