Tower Supply is seeking a part-time Year 3/4 teacher for Blackpool starting after half term in October. The role covers 4 days per week (potentially 3). You will deliver lessons across Year 3/4, maintain high standards, and support pupils' progress in a popular primary school.

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary/school setting.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage pupils.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work across different schools.
• DBS check via update service or willing to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver lessons that have been prepared.
• Manage student behaviour per school policies.
• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment.
• Provide feedback on progress to students and the regular teacher.
