Holland & Barrett in Newry is seeking a Retail Assistant to create welcoming, inspiring experiences for customers. This permanent, part-time role (10 hours per week) offers training and opportunities to learn about wellbeing while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll help customers find products, maintain shelves, support promotions, and work with the team to hit store goals. The role uses tablets and digital tools, with the chance to develop product knowledge through our Qualified to Advise

Responsabilités

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products (in-store or online).
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.
