Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Belfast is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them find the right wellness products. You will deliver great service, stock shelves and support promotions while maintaining high store standards.

You'll participate in the Qualified to Advise training to expand product knowledge and provide trusted guidance. This role offers a permanent, part-time schedule of 8 hours per week at £13.17 per hour, with benefits including holiday allowance and employee

• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
