Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products.
- Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
- Keeping shelves stocked and displays presented to a high standard.
- Supporting promotions, store presentation and operational standards.
- Collaborating with the team to hit store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
- Using a consultative approach to understand needs and suggest store or online options.
- Completing Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.
