Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Wimbledon is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant (10 hours per week) to create welcoming, inspiring experiences for customers. You will help shoppers find suitable wellness products, recommend solutions with confidence, and support promotions while keeping displays neat and stocked.

You'll collaborate with the team to hit store goals and learn through our product training, using tablets and digital tools to assist customers both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
