Job summary

Eastgate Resource Ltd is seeking a part-time Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant to help keep the warehouse running smoothly. You will pick and pack orders, prepare products for sale and manage stock levels with close teamwork.

You will assist with receiving deliveries, verifying stock, and ensuring accurate packing, labeling and shipping. Training in Sage and dispatch processes will be provided as you settle into the role.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised person to help keep our warehouse running smoothly.
• Experience handling wholesale and online orders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Preparing products for sale with packaging, labels and inserts.
• Receiving deliveries, counting stock and checking against packing lists.
• Checking product quality and reporting damage, shortages or discrepancies.
• Replenishing picking bins and keeping stock clearly labelled and organised.
• Carrying out stock checks and flagging low stock levels.
• Weighing and measuring parcels, preparing shipping labels and arranging courier collections.
• Receiving and checking returned products.
• Keeping delivery and dispatch paperwork organised.
