Job summary

Naturawhite is seeking a part-time Warehouse, Dispatch & Customer Service Assistant to join a small Edinburgh-based team. The role involves picking, packing and dispatching orders, stock reception and organisation, and handling customer enquiries by telephone and email.

Training will be provided, and you will need to be well-organised with strong attention to detail and solid computer skills. The position offers 12 hours per week at £12.71 per hour with weekday afternoons (12:30pm–4:30pm).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and dispatch experience is essential.
• Organised, dependable and able to work independently.
• Good computer skills and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
• Receiving and organising stock.
• Stock checks and preparing/testing equipment prior to dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate order records and assisting customers with order and delivery enquiries by phone and email.
