You will manage the shipping programme from Emden and Iberian ports to UK ports, and coordinate outbound logistics to delivery locations, ensuring on-time, accurate moves across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipping of vehicles from Emden & Iberian ports to Volkswagen Group UK ports.
• Coordinate outbound logistics from UK ports or PDI/Remarketing centres to delivery locations.
• Liaise with Brands and port suppliers to prioritise shipments and meet standards.
• Optimise shipping, trucking and land utilisation to minimise costs.
• Manage transport orders, vehicle movements and status system corrections.
• Support special projects including new model launches and press vehicles.
• Produce reports to identify operational challenges and trends.
• Provide visibility of supply chain performance and support Brand priorities.
