Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a motivated Payroll Project Coordinator to join our Business Development team in the UK. This part-time, 18-month assignment focuses on payroll transformation and supporting UK timekeeping and payroll change initiatives.

You will own assigned work streams, collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT, and contribute to testing, documentation and deployment of the new payroll system. Based in Dunton, attendance is typically 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll transformation projects and UK payroll processes.
• Ability to analyse data and manage changes under tight timelines.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll transformation activities and change management.
• Take ownership of activities, delivering on time and to quality.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT across partners.
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and system integrators.
• Review designs for payroll, controls and end-user impacts.
• Develop knowledge of the new payroll system and support deployment.
• Lead payroll testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyse test results, track defects and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates.
• Prepare and present evidence for project decisions.
