Job summary

Link Group Limited is seeking a HoME Project Worker in Edinburgh to provide practical and emotional support to people referred to the service. The role is permanent and on-site, part-time, requiring collaboration with Housing Officers and the Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team to help tenants maintain their homes.

You will build trusting relationships, assess needs, and signpost to relevant services while promoting independence and well-being within the community.

The purpose of the job is to provide practical and emotional support to people who have been referred to the service who’s condition of property requires specialist support. Through building positive relationships with tenants, you will work with them to maintain their home, working closely with Housing Officers as well as the wider Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.
