Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a part-time Training Coordinator in Romford to support the development of staff and ensure core competencies are met. You will plan, execute and review training activities, handling bookings, records, and reporting.

Experience with e-learning and coordinating training in a multi-contracted environment is preferred; strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-learning and online training methods.
• Experience coordinating training across multiple projects or teams.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organise and plan training courses across the week.
• Create and maintain competencies aligned with core requirements.
• Liaise with delegates, confirm bookings, and provide course details.
• Raise and notify supplier purchase orders once courses are confirmed.
• Maintain training records and generate monthly reports.
