Job summary

The Recruit UK is seeking a trainee accounts and payroll assistant to join our Leigh team. The role covers payroll and accounts with full training provided, and an all-round remit across clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to meet deadlines with good customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Running and maintenance of 2 payrolls each week.
• Management of external account ledgers.
• Credit control.
